• Treasures Report:
  • Starting Balance correction from December was $15890
  • Current Balance:$39890
  • Following were received :
    • $600 donation from Midland Asphault
    • $25610 NYSSA check
    • $1400 Club Membership
    • $1000 Sold culvert
  • $4720 Deposit on new drag
• Trails:
  • Many trails have changed or been rerouted. We are still getting them GPS’d.  Please follow signs all changes are well marked.  Maps will hopefully be updated soon.
  • Update on section of C4 that was closed from East Palmyra to Port Gibson. We are going to attempt to sign the shoulders of the roads to connect back to Port Gibson, until we can find a reroute.  We still need help in getting this done.
  • Working on a reroute of S40 through Wolcott to the Elks Lodge. Please watch for possible changes mid-season.
  • A work party is meeting at 6980 Lakebluff and Sloop Landing Rd on Saturday at 12PM to reroute S42 from the Lummisville Rd junction to Skippers Landing due to new deer fencing.
  • We need to change the gate on the east end of the trail at Chimney Bluffs State Park. The current setup is not adequate to allow access for maintenance vehicles while keeping out ATVs.  We need someone to help set up some permanent posts on with a lockable chain so that access can be controlled.
  • New trail from Savannah to Cottage Inn is being worked on for permissions
  • Destination mile markers have been set up at select junctions. Kiosks will be installed shortly.  Special thanks to Ted for all his hard work.
  • Advertising will be offered at $40 per year per Kiosk/individual sign
• Groomers:
  • A 2002 Tucker 2000D with 2194 hours has been purchased
    • Specs: Cummings 6 BT, 152 HP/Allison AT – 545/Dana 70HD 4.88:1 Differentials/Terra Snow Rubber Tracks/8’ – 6 Way U Blade/Rear Wiper w/Defroster/Cab Brush Guard/100 Gal fuel Tank
  • A 2008 Marcel Drag has been purchased for the Tucker
    • Specs: BG Rossco 9’6”/18’ length/Shoe Ski Tool Box/6 remote electric & hydraulic hookups.
  • A special thanks to Josh for all his work in finding and acquiring the new groomer
  • The yellow Bombardier will be put up for sale at $12,000
  • The New Holland will be reposted for sale at $30,000
  • Bell is ready to go
  • LMC is ready to go
  • Will be doing training classes on the Tucker for all groomer drivers and those who would like to groom. Watch FB and Web Page
  • Grant application for new groomer cannot be completed until we get 501(c)(3) status
• Miscellaneous:
  • 266 Current Members – Last year 516
  • Ontario Midland Rail Road has reminded all Snowmobilers to stay off all tracks and only cross at road crossings or designated areas with crossing mats.
  • Please turn in all invoices, bills, and receipts to the treasurer within 30 days. We cannot get reimbursed for anything over 60days and it takes time to complete paperwork.
  • We will be having the monthly meetings for February and March at a different location to allow for more members to attend
    • February meeting will be at the Normandy Inn
    • March meeting TBD
