November 2 2017 Minutes Approved.

• Treasures Report:
  • Current Membership 109
  • Current balance is $3300 Mostly from advertising
  • Last season’s final 30% depost is pending. (Approximately $8000
  • We have ordered 4000 2018 Super Raffle Tickets for sale by the club. We are donating a $500 prize for the raffle.
  • 2018 Super Raffle Tickets will be available for purchase after November 7th.
• Trails:
  • Marion area still has signing that is needed.
  • Chimney Bluffs has a few trees that need to be removed
  • Waiting on DEC permit for DEC land
• Groomers:
  • Still waiting on the few inquiries on the Bombardier Groomer.
  • Groomers are set for the season
• Advertising/Event Committee:
  • Started to sell more advertising for the upcoming season.
  • The price sheet located on Sponsor page https://lakeshoreriders.org/sponsors/ will remain that same for this season.
  • Planning a poker run on for January 27^th We will need volunteers to help at the event.  Please contact us if you can help.  Assistance is needed for the 50/50 and item auction.
  • We will be planning an outdoor Winter Party in February. We will need a volunteer team to run it (more details will follow)
• 501 (c)(3):
  • Final paperwork has been submitted to the lawyers. This should be in the final stages for approval.
• Next Meeting:
  • Next meeting will be 7:30 PM December 7^th 2017 at the Airport Bar and Grill, 7740 Ridge Rd, Sodus, NY 14551
