    November 3, 2016 Minutes Approved.

    • Treasures Report:
      • Current Membership 137
      • Current balance is $12048
      • $1950 in outstanding checks
      • $880 income from memberships
      • Have additional bills for stakes, signs, and trail work
      • Temporarily lost funding from last years closed trails. Total is now 101 miles.  We will reapply to get them reinstated for next year.  We will need all trails GPS’ed and submitted by May 1, 2016.
      • Trail reimbursement has dropped from $335 to $285 for this year.
    • Trails:
      • Trails will be opened pending adequate snow cover:
        • All trails east of Rt 88 Monday December 12, 2016
        • All tails west of Rt 88 Saturday December 24, 2016

    This is at the request of our landowners. Please respect them.

    • We had a Trail signing work detail on Sunday 12/4. Thanks to all who helped
    • S49 between Brickschoolhouse road and Rt 88 has many changes. Please follow the signs.
    • Thank you to Pete Short who donated time with a backhoe to fix new trails between Pilgramport and Preemption Roads.
    • Thank you to Knapp Farms for the reroute and work on S49 between Geneva and Quarry Roads.
    • Thank you to Mike Murphy and Glen Hopkins for donating the culvert installed by Quarry Rd.
    • Thank you to Josh Vaneenwyk for the excavation work on 104 east of Brickschoolhouse road.
    • We have 2 more sets of deer fence gates to install.
    • Motion was passed to participate in the Wayne County STEP program where certified trial inspectors from Wayne County clubs can inspect the trails of the other county clubs of which they are not members of to assist with the state inspections.
    • The Elks Club in Wolcott is now open to the public and on the trail.
    • Trail between Red Creek and Savannah will hopefully be completed and signed this year.
    • Groomers:
      • Tucker transfer was installed only to find out that the yoke size was wrong and would not seal. A new one is being sent.  We have 9hrs labor in it not sure if we can get the second install labor reimbursed.
      • BR-60 is still listed for sale. Had 3 calls on it but no sale yet.  Asking $8500.
      • Need to check the lights on the LMC. Not all are working.
    • Groomer Barn:
      • Temporary lighting has been purchased and needs to be installed.
      • One of the overhead doors has a leak in the glass. It has not been fixed yet.
      • We will be waiting until the spring to evaluate moving forward with getting the floor installed.
    • 501(c)(3) status:
      • We have provided all requested information to date. We are waiting for a response back from the Attorney.
